I. Scope of application
Applicable to reactive power automatic tracking compensation of 10KV (6KV) bus in 110KV, 35KV dual main transformer substation and on-load voltage regulation of the transformer, to achieve comprehensive control of the switching substation voltage and reactive power through the self-regulation of on-load voltage regulation tap of the transformer and automatic tracking and switching of capacitor bank on the 10KV(6KV) bus.
II. Features
1. High voltage compensation configuration and voltage regulation controller, by automatic tracking and switching of capacitance and controlling the main transformer on-load voltage regulation, the power factor and system voltage control are controlled within a set range.
2. Automatically identifying and adapting to various operation modes of dual main transformer substations.
3. Various working modes of voltage regulation and compensation can be selected by means of remote control option switch.
4. The voltage, current, power factor, reactive power, capacitor switching status and alarm protection information on the low voltage side of main transformer be displayed in real time. Power factor COSΦ ≥ 0.96.
5. Alarm protection at high voltage, low voltage, PT disconnection, mechanism failures, main transformer overcurrent, etc.
6. Equipped with RS-485 or CAN232 high-speed data communication interface, compatible with substation automation system, achieving “four remote” features.
7. Special high-voltage vacuum switch for modular capacitors is adopted, five such switches can be installed in an ordinary switchgear.
8. It can be grouped according to total compensation capacity, up to five banks with equal capacity, with maximum capacity of 2000Kvar/5000 Kvar in each capacitor bank. Automatic cycle switching, first selected, first switching to ensure all capacitor banks are used for an equal time period, and the same capacitor bank is not put into use again in less than the discharge time.
9. The configuration of WDP capacitor bank computer protection device can realize two-stage overcurrent and zero-sequence voltage protection functions. When a certain bank fails, it can be automatically cut and locked, which does not affect the normal switching of other capacitor banks.
10. Different ratios of reactors are equipped to limit the switching inrush current and higher harmonics.
